In early 2011 R1Soft turned to Jalasoft for an offshore solution that could keep their QA testing moving as fast and efficiently as their products.
Our Offshore Services group responded quickly to put together a four-person engineering team in Bolivia to come alongside R1Soft’s own Houston-based QA team. We hand-picked and trained engineers we knew would fit seamlessly into R1Soft’s culture from the start. The impact on R1Soft’s QA testing was immediate. “From day one they were ready to contribute to the team,” says Keith Powe, Director of Quality Engineering.
