If you device is not listed then you might consider using the Network Devices Management Pack. This pack monitors the most essential counters related with Traffic and Intefaces according to the RFC1213 Standard. So you do need to have SNMP enable don this device.

If your device doesn't have SNMP then you might consider using our Availability Management Pack. This SMP uses ICMP to see the availability of the device and collects response time and availability counters and can also send related alerts.

What to do when a device is not fully discovered
If after discovering a network devices you do not see all the elements it is quite likely that you need to increase the response time of the device in Xian Io. You can do this during in the Add device wizard or afterwards in the parameters tab (run a device update after this by right clicking on the device in the main console)
