Bernardo has over 20 years of experience in the global software industry, driven by a drive to empower latin american engineers to provide nearshore software engineering services, he lead the creation of the innovative Jalasoft training program for intercultural communication in English, that currently allows Jalasoft to bridge the English skills gap required to offer high quality communication in English to its nearshore software engineering services clients. A passionate of learning languages and promoting digital tools for skills training, and with a critical understanding of the importance of AI for education, as an opportunity to further impact in the digital enablement of latin americans for global digital employment.
