Gustavo joined Jalasoft as an Information Developer, bringing a solid background in technical documentation and a diverse academic foundation, including a degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Sports Management, and certifications in Human Resources and Marketing. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the InfoDev Practice Group (IDGP), a dedicated group focused on the career growth and professional development of our technical writers, which serves as a cornerstone of Jalasoft’s commitment to excellence in communication. Gustavo has also collaborated with the English Team of Fundación Jala providing one-on-one English sessions for engineers, and participated in internal projects that have streamlined processes, boosted efficiency, and optimized results. Known for his collaborative spirit, creative thinking, and strategic approach, Gustavo stands out for his ability to remain calm and perform at his best under pressure. Outside of work, he enjoys sports—especially soccer—along with social activities, adventure, and hobbies such as series, video games, and reading, which help him maintain balance in all aspects of life.
