These key aspects would contribute to the organization's long-term success and stability. To face this task, Jalasoft allocated a diverse team of professionals who envisioned that the best way to tackle the issue at hand was to create an innovating employee reward system application.
Jalasoft's Integrated Solution
Jalasoft successfully tackled these multifaceted challenges by introducing an innovative employee reward platform: Jala Ignite. At its core, this solution hinged on the implementation of a gamification mechanic, skillfully leveraging three key aspects: tokenization, digital assets, and decentralized governance. These elements combined to create an engaging and motivating environment for employees.

What is the Blockchain Reward System Like?
The mechanics of the platform were simple: employees received a monthly fee to distribute among their peers as recognition for a job well done. They could also earn tokens from the company, as a reward for activities such as coming to the office. In this scenario, users would automatically receive a token upon entering the premises. These tokens could later be exchanged for rewards, such as gift cards, courses, excellence badges, among other options. Jala Ignite operates through two primary tokens:

Jala Membership Token (JMT)
Serving as a soul-bound token, JMT identifies members belonging to the organization. Holding this token is essential to access and engage with Jala Ignite.

Jala Spark (JSPK) Appreciation Token
This token serves as an emblem of recognition. Members have a monthly allowance to share these tokens, embodying a tangible expression of appreciation for peers' commendable efforts and alignment with company values.
