"Senior developers using Agentic AI are able to grasp complex tasks and features. They spend most of the time reviewing the code, but what the tool allows them to do is explore different solutions to the same problem," said Rolando Lora during the discussion.
"We aim to train our developers in JalaUniversity in a way that the junior tag is going to be removed completely. They will have the maturity and experience to know how to use AI responsibly, efficiently, and safely for their teams," added Juan Salinas.
