Streamlining Package Deployment Process
How we achieved faster time-to-value and optimized resource allocation
The challenge
Streamlining Package Deployment With Fewer Resources
The client aimed to streamline the process of deploying packages, while minimizing the resources required to do so.

The Jalasoft approach
Enhancing Deployment Efficiency With Java, JMeter, and Selenium
We had the opportunity to collaborate with the client's development team and introduce a new Java-based tool to enhance their deployment process. Additionally, we employed JMeter and Selenium to automate the deployment task process. This collaborative effort resulted in the successful streamlining of their package deployment, yielding significant resource savings. This improvement not only accelerated time to value but also enabled the client to allocate their resources to other critical initiatives.
Our results
Cutting Through Complexity — and Saving 126 Hours per Deployment
Before this tool was implemented, deploying packages took 3 weeks and involved 18 hours of effort from 7 individuals due to various factors such as ticketing delays, human error, and questions or issues with configuration or data artifacts. However, with the new tool in place, the entire process can be completed by a single person.
